Is this freehold or fractional ownership?
Freehold. Full title in your name, registered sale deed. Not fractional, not timeshare.
Are returns guaranteed?
Returns are contractual, not guaranteed. Written into the agreement, brand-backed, paid on schedule. 8–10% standard across the portfolio; 11% optional if the complimentary wedding benefit is surrendered.
Who operates the properties?
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts operates the Dolce, Wyndham Grand and Kamah (Trademark Collection) properties. Royal Orchid operates Regenta Pushkar. Fine Acers is the promoter and owning entity.
Who can attend the Singapore preview?
By appointment, for NRI and HNI investors based in Singapore (or visiting). We confirm each slot manually to keep groups small.
What's the minimum investment?
Entry from ₹51 Lakh (Kamah Farms Jawai). Most portfolio units sit between ₹65 L and ₹1.25 Cr. Premium flagships up to ₹6 Cr.
What happens at the meeting — and is it a sales pitch?
It's a private 30-minute consultation. We walk through the portfolio, understand your goals, and shortlist 2–3 properties that fit. No pressure to commit — many investors take a second meeting or site visit before deciding. Reserve your appointment.
What documentation do I need?
Nothing at the meeting. For actual investment, standard KYC (passport, address proof, PAN) plus FEMA documentation for NRI buyers. We walk you through this during the meeting.
